Yes. If the business that was originally entitled to the funds has closed, we may still be able to recover the money. We’ll work with whoever has the legal authority over the company (e.g., owner, successor, or trustee).

Yes. If the original owner is deceased, we can often help the surviving family members or estate recover the funds. We’ll guide you through what documents are needed and may work directly with the estate representative or executor.
